Contumacy

It was the most willful display yet. Only several years as a spy and a Death Eater gave Severus Snape the ability to maintain a straight face at this week's current display.

At the doorway of the Great Hall Harry Potter and Lucius Malfoy were lip locked in a tight embrace. Lucius had one had in Harry's hair and the other on the small of his back. As if insuring Harry's immobility, not that Harry was trying to escape. Harry's hands were tangled in Lucius's long locks as it seemed Harry tried to use Lucius's lungs to breathe with.

The gasp that echoed in the Hall had no effect on the two in the doorway. It was only Dumbledore's magically enhanced voice that pried the two apart. Even then it was a few moments before the couple parted.

With a last lick of Harry's lips Lucius finally raised his gaze to the Hall. An amused smirk crossed his face as he looked out across the tables. Then Lucius watched as Harry sauntered to his table, giving appropriate homage to the tight ass that passed in front of him. When Harry sat Lucius smiled knowingly at Harry and then dismissed the entire Hall as he turned to go toward his office.

Harry on the other hand had the look of someone who was thoroughly kissed and freshly fucked. When Harry sat down a slight wince flashed across his face. Severus gave Harry points for the display. If no one had a clue that Potter was just fucked they couldn't deny that particular reaction on the young man's face.

Severus watched Albus from the corner of his eye. He didn't know if Albus was amused or annoyed by the display. Inwardly Severus laughed out loud. It was the first time Albus had been thoroughly out-classed and out-maneuvered. Severus was willing to bet his life savings on the fact Albus never thought his actions would bring about the current situation. Severus mused that it was probably the first time anyone got the better of Albus. Nor did he think a seventeen year old would be the one do it. It just drove home the point you never knew what to expect where Harry Potter was concerned.

Severus sat back and enjoyed the show. The entire school was in an uproar. The faculty and staff were in heated discussions about what happened and why the Headmaster did nothing. The students were in several states of shock with the exception of Draco Malfoy and Harry.

Predictably the Gryffindors assumed Malfoy was at fault and should be relieved of his duties. While the rest of the Gryffindor trio descended on Harry demanding to know what was going on. The Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws were torn between the gossip and shock. The Slytherins were no less curious but pride demanded they not react to sudden information like gossip hungry vultures. Many were glancing at the Head wondering why the Potions' Master was silent. At any other time he would have been the first to take house points from Gryffindor for the resulting chaos. Little did they know the wizard was inwardly quite please with the annoying prat. Severus really didn't think Harry had it in him.

Through it all Harry and Draco ate silently ignoring the chaos around them and ignoring all who questioned them. With all the commotion it was only Severus and Draco who caught the smug look laced with a burning anger that was directed at the Headmaster when Harry finally looked at the faculty table.

Yes, the next few weeks will be quite interesting indeed.
